ActiVacation®️ currently ships to all 32 counties of Ireland. Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days, and items typically arrive in next business days once shipped, depending on your location.

Orders ship via Fastway Couriers.

Please be absolutely certain that your shipping address is entered correctly when ordering. Once your order is shipped, we no longer have the ability to change the address. In the event of an error, you may make changes to your shipping information as long as your order has not been processed and shipped.


We want you to be as excited for ActiVacation®️ as we are! If you’re not happy with your game for any reason, you can return it at your own expense for a full refund. We will only accept returned games that are still in new condition, without scratches, stains, dents or any other damages and returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. If games are returned damaged or are returned after 30 days from the original date of purchase, your return will not be processed and you will not be refunded. To submit a return for your game, please contact our customer service. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive a response.


We recognize there is a chance your game was damaged during shipping. If you would like a replacement copy, you must return your damaged game to us at your own expense before we will ship a replacement. Submit a damage request to our customer service. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive a response. Make sure you check your parcel with the courier.


ActiVacation®️ does not store credit card information. All credit card information is protected and handled by our payment gateway and processor, PayPal.
